Wu Yi tea is a type of Oolong tea that has a high oxidation percentage. There have been studies done that show that Wu Yi has a substance called Polypheno that works as a fat-dissolving enzyme. Furthermore, Wi Yi boosts your metabolism, which helps with weight loss.
